Meet the makers behind some of our favourite local pours. On the last Friday of each month this winter, we’re bringing in some of the best and most creative winemakers in the business.
Over three courses and considered pairings, we’ll be talking texture, tannins and – our favourite part – taste. From coast to valley, this season features Shadowfax (26 June), Helen & Joey Estate (31 July) & Ocean Eight (28 August). Different regions, different expressions, all landing in Fitzroy.
